THE US CONSTITUTION GRANTS THE US CONGRESS THE AUTHORITY AND POWER TO RESTRICT THE APPELLATE JURISDICTION OF THE US SUPREME COURT ( Art III., Sec 2, Cl 2):

THERE IS A SOLUTION IN THE US CONSTITUTION TO PROTECT BIBLICALLY OBEDIENT CHRISTIANS IN OFFICE FROM FEDERAL INCARCERATION. IT WAS NOT NECESSARY FOR KIM DAVIS TO BE JAILED IF THE REPUBLICAN-MAJORITY US CONGRESS HAD ALREADY ACTED TO PASS S.1080. AND THE REPUBLICAN-MAJORITY US CONGRESS SHOULD STILL DO SO, IMMEDIATELY !!!

Excellent interpositional legislation ( S.1080 ) introduced by US Senator Ted Cruz ( R-TX ) invoking the constitutional authority and power of the US Congress to limit / restrict the appellate jurisdiction of the US Supreme Court ( US Constitution, Art III., Sec 2, Cl 2 ), and to completely remove jurisdiction from the lower federal courts ( US District Courts; US Courts of Appeals ) ( US Constitution, Art 1, Sec 8, Cl 9 ):
