Pro-life group: CSU illegally purchased tissue from aborted fetuses

A group of abortion opponents claims Colorado State University and Rocky Mountain Planned Parenthood violated the state constitution by purchasing tissue of aborted fetuses and indirectly used tax dollars to subsidize abortions.

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in Larimer County District Court by Chris McIntire, a board member of the Faith & Freedom Coalition of Colorado.
